Mr. Watson has been Chairman of the Board since June 2011. He held the position of CEO from July 2002 to September 2007, thereafter serving as Executive Chairman. After three years as Executive Chairman Mr. Watson achieved independence from management and became Chairman of the Board. Mr. Watson is the former President and CEO of TransCanada Pipelines Ltd.
