Customer service in the retail industry consists of two key elements – knowing your customer and knowing your product.

We began in 1995 as a small HR consulting company with a focus on providing on the job training for employees of small businesses. Our training focus quickly expanded to include the provision of recruiting and placement support for employers across all sectors. We work collaboratively with local, provincial and federal governments to develop and deliver successful employment programs. Since 1995 we have placed over 53,500 clients seeking work into long-term meaningful employment and provided thousands of employers with timely and relevant HR support.

Tania started working with WCG in 1997 when she facilitated workshops for WCG Business Works clients through a WCG partnership with a community-based employment agency. In 2000 Tania joined WCG in a program management capacity in Kelowna, BC, and has since worked with an outstanding team of professionals to develop, implement and manage several employment contracts that have improved the lives of thousands of people. Tania is proud to work with best-in-class WCG staff and Community Partners to provide leadership within WCG employment programs.
