All phones that we are selling carries a seven days DOA and a 1 year Manufactures warranty, simply send us and mail. The manufacturer's warranty is offered by the manufacturer only, not by Vision Mobile, and maybe be restricted by geographical constraints. The manufacturer will determine which country the product should be sent to for servicing. Please note that the servicing country can be other than United States, United Kingdom, or Canada. International buyers must pay for any additional shipping. All accessories including Bluetooth Headsets are not covered by the warranty.

Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the control of manufacturer. Damage of the battery caused by overcharging or failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions of core outlined in the product user manual. The serial no. on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible. The batteries are charged by chargers other than those approved by manufacturer. Any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering.

The buyer should also be aware that items they are purchasing may not be intended for your country or region. Therefore, the language specification on the device and manual may or may not fully support the language of your desire. In the event that an English manual is not available in the particular version that we shipped out, VisionMobile does not have the obligation to provide a copy of an English manual to the buyer. However, we do try our best to provide printed English manual in most cases.

Repair Warranty Policy: No warranty for cracked, broken & physical damage screens. The screen that is replaced by us must be in perfect condition, the condition that was given to you when the repair was completed. Any visible crack will void repair warranty. Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear. Abuse or misuse, including but not solely limited to the failure to use this product for its normal purposes or in accordance with manufacturer instructions on usage and maintenance.
