Visco is a full service demolition company. We will demolish structures of any size, big or small. From the residential house to a complete factory or industrial plant, no building is outside our scope of work. We offer turnkey demolition services. We can arrange all the permits, do the hazardous assessments, remove any hazardous materials, raze the structure, clear the site, backfill the excavations and landscape and sod the area.

Visco Demolition Contractors grew from Visco Rentals & Contractors, which Neil Visser founded in 1968 as an excavation and utility installation company. He occasionally did small demolition projects as filler when other work was slow. That other work came to a near grinding half in the late 70's, leaving Visser with the tough choice of continuing to struggle along in hopes things would pick up or go out of business.
