Our Carpet Carousel equipped with our Deluxe Cut-N-Roll Tablemakes our cutting and re-rolling system is the best in theindustry. When the operator chooses the carpet he/she wants,
the carpet gets pulled out over the table, and unto the roll uptable. From there it becomes a breeze. Press a button to activate the Cut-N-Roll machine, and the carpet is measured androlled up in one pass. When the desired length has been reached,
the electronic counter shuts the machine down. Press anotherbutton and the carpet is cut at the desired length. Re-activatethe Cut-N-Roll table and shrink wrap the carpet before loading.
The whole process is a one person operation, and the carpetnever touches the floor! Loading is a very simple procedure withthe aid of our patented loading bars. The power of the motor isused to put the roll of flooring onto the machine. If theoptional transport dolly is purchased the roll will go directly from the warehouse to the machine, never touching the floor.
This system makes it very easy to keep the rack full.
