I purchased a car from vellas auto approx a year ago. I was really happy with the deal that I got, but what I'm writing to tell u about today is something I never expected. Getting high quality service is something u can hope for, but its not something I EXPECTED to get from vellas. When I bought the car, I didn't even realize vellas OFFERED service. I went back to because of something that went wrong with the convertable top, and it turned out to be a relatively minor issue that other shops were either incapable of repairing or wanted exorbitant sums just to look at.
