VBEC is an innovative public and private sector alliance and its services are made available through a founding partnership developed between the City of Vaughan (Economic Development Department) and the Province of Ontario (Ministry of Economic Development and Trade). VBEC encourages entrepreneurship by creating alliances between the public and private sectors.
