Raymond has been a member of the Board of Directors of Allen-Vanguard since 2009. He has more than 30 years of experience in senior management positions and as a partner with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. Mr. French is also the Chief Operating Officer and member of the Investment Committee of Versa Capital Management. Prior experience includes being the President of the U.S operations of L.J. Hooker Corporation and Americas Best Contacts and Eyeglasses.

Help for Heroes (H4H) was founded in October 2007 and uses its resources to support wounded UK servicemen and women through initiatives such as Battle Back, Combat Stress, and the H4H Rehabilitation Complex at DMRC at Headley Court in Surrey.
