Vancity Capital Corporation specializes in providing unsecured working capital financing (subordinated debt) of up to $5 million
(3 to 7 year amortization) to support a range of growth initiatives including: market development costs, management buy-outs, strategic acquisitions, on-going R&D, inventory and/or specialized equipment acquisitions.

Applicants typically have a great business, skilled and experienced management team, financial statements that show a minimum of one year of proven repayment ability, and limited tangible collateral.

We take a flexible "common-sense" approach to doing business - no industry limitations, "cast in stone" credit requirements or boilerplate loan structures. We also actively partner with other lenders, investors, government agencies and business resources in the community to ensure complete satisfaction of our customer's requirements. Furthermore, by operating as an independent subsidiary of Vancity we enable our customers to maintain banking relationships with the operating lender of their choice.
