Valley Powdercoat Ltd. is a custom metal finisher specializing in dental equipment, marine applications and housings for electronic and mechanical components. Started in 1988, Valley Powdercoat has earned a reputation for providing superior quality and quick turn-around for a wide variety of national customers. All of our customer relationships are treated as partnerships in delivering exceptional quality to the end user. We have two facilities, adjacent from one another, which provide different services in each.

Many products require masking of certain areas, so as not to have any powder coat or paint interfere with electrical conductivity or gasket and fastening systems. We have experience in masking for dual coat applications, machined mating surfaces, and masking of grounding points on electronic housings. We have a large variety of masking tape, plugs and fasteners that will meet your needs. There is opportunity for custom masking for those hard to mask areas.

It is the intent of Valley Powdercoat Ltd to supply exactly what our customers want when they want it, with the maximum possible value. Adding value for you may come in the form of us taking on your assembly work, or having us package your parts for direct shipment to your customer. There are many opportunities to save your company time and resources and we welcome you to bring any of your processing challenges to us.

For jobs that do not require powder coating, we now offer liquid coating. Our 28’ heated air make up automotive spray booth can handle high volume parts as well as one off jobs. We specialize in military CARC coatings, Cerekote gun and high temperature coatings, electric motor housings, architectural applications, bearing-packed housings, ceramics and aerospace coatings.
