Vision/R4 Corporation is a private Canadian company founded in
1994. We are a computer software company that develops and implements a financial, distribution, project accounting, activity based management and manufacturing software called
Apogee, as well as, our SmartVision Tool Kit software that develops tools. We offer a complete turnkey solution including unique business procedures and software customization, implementation, hardware, networking and telecommunications.
Our head office is based in Montreal with offices in Toronto,
Ottawa, Quebec City, Los Angeles and Miami. Vision has a growing full time staff of over thirty specialists and is complemented by experienced programmers who are dedicated to every project.
We are constantly committed to develop and improve our products with state-of-the-art technology in order to better serve our markets. The Apogee software is built on a solid and flexible technological foundation. From its expanded (N-tiered) client/server processing, 4GL object-oriented programming application development framework, to its unique scalability attributes, Apogee is built on a technology that will support your organization through the decades ahead. But more important, the technology is hidden from the end-users: the OLE gives direct access to favorite windows and tools; the Windows desktop familiarity enables navigation through the software and performing operations; and the overall intuitivity of the application makes information easy to find and manipulate. Also available is the SmartVision Tool Kit, which is an integrated set of utilities designed to augment the power of your Progress based technological environment. The SmartVision Tool Kit forms the foundation of the Apogee system as well as an advanced infrastructure which your business can rely on.

Our products have 100% Canadian content and are competitively priced. They meet and exceed most functional requirements with modules that are seamlessly integrated at the lowest cost of ownership and by far the best value for money.

Vision markets its products through in-house representation, as well as a network of sales representatives throughout the world, with 80% of export sales destined to the U.S. and Europe.
Exclusive representatives have not yet been appointed in other countries except for the United Kingdom.

While the company is interested in pursuing and developing sales worldwide, South America has been identified as a new market with good potential. This market has been given priority, with representatives actively sought at present.
