University Werks Landscape Construction was started in 1980 and has evolved into a full time family owned design/build company with many years experience in architectural design and installation of all landscape products. The company is headed up by myself, Scott Miller. I am not only the owner I wear all the "hats" in the company so when you talk to me you are talking to the guy who does the design, the estimate and the installation. New constructs receive a written guarantee on all workmanship. We do not retail, we are a contract construction business purchasing direct from the manufacturer to ship to your site thereby keeping our overhead and your cost minimized! We serve both the residential and commercial landscape markets. We provide an on-site visitation and from that develop an architectural design, then supply and install interlock or flagstone for patios, walkways, driveways, steps and landings. We design and build retaining walls, wood decks, gazebos, and fences. We excavate planting beds and fill with a soil mixture ready for planting.

Once the design is finalized the architectural plans are drawn up, a contract is signed and the project is completed. The example architectural drawings shown here were from an actual project that was completed (see before and after photos).
