Our geo-modelling offers an environment for geo-navigation and for geosteering, it is an ideal tool for accurate and optimized well placement. We have extensive experience working in both conventional and unconventional resources. The conventional resources we have experience with include sandstone and carbonate reservoirs, oil and gas reservoirs, gas storage, heavy oil development, and waterflood designs and optimizations. In unconventional resources we have experience with working in tight oil and tight gas, coal bed methane (CBM/CSG), shale gas and shale oil, and in-situ oil sands.

We Provide production optimization services involving recommendations to stimulate and recomplete producing reservoirs. Our production and injection forecasts-for existing and proposed wells, give you dependable results.

United has been able to attend conferences in Calgary and Pittsburgh in the month of May. In Calgary we exhibited at the 2013 GeoConvention, and in Pittsburgh we exhibited at AAPG 2013. We were pleased to meet old and new friends, and talk about how our products, services and technology are able to benefit. GeoConvention was a great opportunity to showcase our products to the Canadian market and we enjoyed attending the conference again this year.

Our consultants have both lived and worked in Greenland. Their expertise specific to Greenland includes managing and planning geological field programs, working with government relations, working with and finding local subcontractors, and socio-economic research (i.e. SIA and SBA). The experience includes an understanding of the regulations of the Greenland Government’s Bureau of Minerals and Petroleum (BMP), as well as fluency in Greenlandic and Danish.

The 3D models shine as geosteering tools using automated data collected through WITSML. To achieve highly accurate geosteering SMART4D uses the incoming data (MWD and LWD) to create an accurate 3D geological perspective of the drilling corridor. For geosteering the SMART4D software successfully implements geology while-drilling, leveraging directional driller tools and sensors and WITSML Service, to provide an integrated solution for optimal well placement.
