We have upgraded our capabilities with a new state-of-the-art Cincinnati 320-75 Centreless Grinder featuring laser gauging. It provides us with two-way, automatic, computerized sizing control with the result that we can maintain tight, consistent tolerances within each bar and from bar to bar. It also features quick change-over automated conveyors and tables covered with a protective layer of UHMW/Urethane; an in-line fibre tubing station to guard against surface damage and a new coolant system with chillers to optimize surface finish.
