In October, 1990, five employees of the commercial printing division of the McIntosh Publishing Company bought out the assets of Mac Print and re-opened as Ultra Print Services Ltd . The five partners and three additional staff began supplying small quantity basic printed materials, primarily to businesses of the Battlefords and surrounding communities. Ultra Print realized significant growth and new clients were demanding larger quantities and more complex types of printing. In 1994, they bought and moved to a new and larger facility.
