Ultra Air Conditioning started as a service provider and installer primarily for heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment, concentrating on residential clients. Our company grew steadily, adding Kelvin Martin as a full partner in 2008. Kelvin brought with him 25 years of his own industry experience in sheet metal, refrigeration and air conditioning contracting, as well as wholesale. We currently employ a team of 10 people from our local area, and are now focused on new home construction as well.

At Ultra Air Conditioning, we provide comprehensive service throughout Moncton, Westmorland County and surrounding areas. Along with installation, we offer maintenance and repair for all major brands. Our knowledgeable technicians will help you decide on the right unit and service to meet your needs.

Our company was founded by John O’Keefe, with 25 years of previous HVAC industry experience under his belt, including wholesale, service and installation. He also received factory training from several manufacturers of heat pumps and air conditioning equipment.
