The International Council of Organizational Change (ICOC) was founded in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada in 2008. Members of the ICOC are experts in their field and deliver their work throughout the world through publications, workshops, seminars, white papers, conferences, and other avenues. Current ICOC research is focused on communication during change, organizational change skills, and change process mapping. Meet the members of the ICOC.

Dr. Dawn-Marie Turner is certified management consultant (CMC), international researcher, speaker, and writer. She is president of Turner Change Management and has over fifteen years of experience in change programming, transition planning and change management coaching. Dr. Dawn-Marie Turner has a doctorate in applied management and decision science from Walden University in Minnesota and a Masters in Education from the University of Manitoba. She has developed her own proprietary change transition methodology – DEAM©.

We provide healthcare professionals the knowledge and tools to move through change with less dis-stress.
