TryThat.ca may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf.

All experiences are offered subject to availability. The most recent information on dates when an experience is available may be found by calling our Customer Service Line toll free at 1-888-WOW-DAYS (969-3297). You should make bookings at least 14 days in advance and earlier for peak dates such as weekends or holiday periods. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation in writing from us. For some experiences, we may ask you to return the original voucher to us before we can confirm your booking.

The information provided by Try That{!}® on each experience is correct at the time of print. However, the content or format of experiences may change during the year. Details of each experience are available from our Customer Service Line toll free at 1-888-WOW-DAYS (969-3297) at any time and are included in the gift pack. Your participation is conditional on your acceptance of the experience description detailed in your booking confirmation.

Please call us or use the form below to send us an email. IMPORTANT: Please note that our offices are closed on the weekend. If you are booked in for an Experience and you need to contact someone urgently please call the number for the Experience Provider listed on your confirmation letter. Your confirmation letter is available in your account; once you have logged in simply click on the printer icon and you will see your booking details, including a telephone number for the Experience Provider.
