Description

We would like resum e s for CNC programmers experienced in the programming of complex Mold/Tool components. CNC programmers should have sound knowledge of metal cutting in a high speed machining setting, as well as a working familiarity with CAD systems and CAD designs. Experience in TEBIS, Work NC and/or Unigraphics is an asset.

True North Molds has partners in North America, Europe and now China to help meet our customers' global requirements for on-time quality molds at a reasonable cost. We can offer expertise in many areas: part design; mold design; special finishing of mold surfaces to achieve gloss match on molded parts; tuning and first run sample parts; cutting units and low volume part production. We take pride in assisting our customers to produce quality parts for their customers with a minimum of issues.

TNM has 20 years of experience in building CNC machined Sealing System molds for the Automotive TPE and EPDM sealing industry. Molds can be designed and built with or without automation to suit our clients needs. We listen to our clients requests for special features and options and incorporate these into the design of our molds.
