Trillium Metal Stampings is proud to be a family owned and operated company with over 30 years of experience in engineering, quality, tooling and production. Founded by the Zettel family in 1982, the company has steadily grown over the years and is recognized as an innovative manufacturer, able to quickly respond to any and all customer requirements. Our operations consist of 2 plants encompassing over 75,000 square feet in which we provide a safe, stable and respectful work environment for all of our employees.

Trillium Metal Stampings 40,000 square foot Plant #2 is dedicated to assembly and welding operations. Our welding department consists of 75-400 KVA resistance welding, robotic mig welding, manual mig welding, projection nut welding, plasma welding and seam welding. The assembly department specializes in riveting, fastening, staking, gluing, tapping, rotary forming and electrical termination. With this wide range of capabilities, we are able to produce many different styles of assemblies for our customers.

Trillium Metal Stampings is an ISO/TS16949 certified manufacturer of metal stampings, weld assemblies and electro/mechanical assemblies. For over 30 years we have supplied the automotive, appliance, construction, electrical, healthcare, locomotive and material handling industries with high quality parts. With our automated and manual press lines ranging from 60-800 tons, along with a full complement of robotic and resistance welders, we are able to produce parts both small and large, simple or complex.
