Tanya, an experienced Management Professional, is the Tracy Arnett Realty Ltd. team’s Business Manager. Tanya’s first career began in 1990 and after 15 years with the Canada Border Services Agency, managing seven different divisions with more than 100 employees, she decided to make a career change. Her exceptional leadership and client service skills are a real benefit to the Tracy Arnett Team and assist us in providing the high level of service you can count on.

Determination and drive come naturally to Tracy. Her parents were excellent teachers with her mother being a very successful Realtor in Northumberland County for over 31 years and her father being one of 11 children in a highly competitive family. Growing up on a farm, Tracy learned early in life about hard work, the value of a dollar, love of animals, trust in neighbours and a strong sense of community. As the eldest daughter in a busy family of six, she was depended upon to assist not only with the outside chores but also in the running the household, responsibilities that formed her present work ethic. Tracy’s hard work, helpful nature and desire to exceed client expectations have resulted in her being the recipient of many prestigious industry awards.

Allison has resided in Ottawa for more than 20 years and has lived in the Glebe for 18 years. She brings with her an extensive operational and human resource management background in large corporations, where client focus was always the priority. After her extensive Human Resource career, Allison obtained her Bachelor of Education degree, supporting her belief in continuous learning. Allison brings to Tracy Arnett Realty Ltd. a pleasant disposition, organizational skills and strong work ethic, which are key in providing our clients with a pleasant service experience.
