Toronto Dance Theatre, under the direction of artistic director and principal choreographer Christopher House, is a twelve-member contemporary dance ensemble dedicated to the creation and performance of original Canadian choreography. We are committed to exploring new ideas in choreographic expression, passionately believing in the power of live performance to enrich our lives. Our artistic goal is to engage audience members in an imaginative dialogue; we hope that they will be provoked, moved, intrigued, surprised, enchanted, encouraged, disturbed, transported . . . any or all of the above.
