If your product is damaged when you receive them in the mail, please e-mail us within 2 weeks through our Enquiry Form . We will investigate if the product was damaged by the courier or if it was a manufacturer defect. If it was a manufacturing defect, we guarantee a reprint for the job using the original files at no cost once the defective product(s) has been returned. Unfortunately, if it was damaged by the courier during shipping, Together Production is not responsible for the damage.

Yes, we will ship to your customer using YOUR company name on the shipping label. We do not include receipts in the shipments. This can save you the time and cost of shipping it again from you to your customer.

Another option we provide is to keep your existing website while integrating/embedding our useful price calculator/ordering system and DIY Creator. This will let you keep your website that you have spent time and money on, which your clients are familiar with, while investing in some very useful upgrades/tools.

Support In addition to the printing and shipping of your orders, we provide you with all the assistance that we would provide a retail customer. However, as an Executive Partner, you are responsible for your own client account services. We do not have contact with your clients in any way.
