Our focus is to provide you with objective, professional security training programs. Training through us opens many doors for security employment in the industry. Our Trainers have many years of front line, and leadership experience in the security field, including provincial corrections, health care peace officer, licensed establishments, Military, Security Management, and Senior Security Management for the largest venues in Edmonton. Can't come to us? We have on-line programs, as well as trainers that will come to your worksite to provide the training you require. Whether you are a large company that needs the occasional instructor to cover for instructor illness or injury, or the smaller company that wants to focus on service and sales, Tip of Spear staff are there to help you achieve your goals.

Our philosophy includes creating an informal/comfortable training setting right from the beginning, because this relaxes our students - they can then focus on learning the skills they need for this very serious business. We put a great deal of research and planning into creating an environment which fosters optimal learning, including numerous verbal techniques, hardware, and environmental ergonomics ranging from humor, and high tech devices, to the unusual layout of our classroom desks. All of this, and more, puts you into the best state of mind for learning. If you don't have the required equipment for our physical courses, you can purchase it from our partner Supply Sergeant in person, or online at ww.supplysergeant.ca . At your request, it will be delivered to Tip of Spear for your training with us. Please give us one week advanced notice, or purchase in person at Supply Sergeant in West Edmonton mall.
