TIMBREN INDUSTRIES INCORPORATED is a wholly owned
Canadian company with head offices at 381 Westney Road, South,
Ajax, Ontario, Canada. Timbren is the sole North Americanmanufacturer of the Aeon rubber spring developed in England.
Timbren commenced further Aeon development becoming one ofthe North American leaders in rubber suspension systems. Timbren
Industries is proud of its excellence in design engineering andquality of materials and workmanship in production. Timbren isrecognized for its high level of service and satisfaction to customersincluding truck manufacturers in the United States, Canada,
Mexicoand many manufacturers overseas. Timbren enjoys the support ofover 200 U.S. and Canadian distributors who service well over
1,000 dealers and fleets.

At the original manufacturing plant built in 1976, located at 10
Fuller Road, Ajax, Ontario, the company put in a full `state of theart` rubber moulding facility in 1995. Since then, Timbren has beenproducing many industrial parts in addition to rubber springs for the
North American truck market and rubber components for the Ford
Motor Company and Honda.

At the present time, Timbren facilities are comprised of fabricationand administration offices on Westney Road in Ajax, Ontario; arubber moulding plant and research and development facilities on
Fuller Road in Ajax, Ontario; an eastern U.S. distribution center on
Witmer Road in Niagara Falls, N.Y. and a western distributioncenter in Woodlands, CA. Further expansion is planned to keeppace with new product development.
