The National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipe Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) makes it possible to communicate underground problems in an easy to understand, standardized reporting format. This allows a standard interpretation of the inspection information, eliminating many disputes and increasing well-informed decision making. Used in Western Europe and the USA for over 35 years, NASSCO has been modified for Canadian use through CSA (Canadian Standards Association) in 2011 and is required by many municipalities in Western Canada.
