The 1000 Islands Gananoque Chamber of Commerce is the provincially designated Destination Marketing Organization for the region. It should be understood by the Town of Gananoque that we will retain this designation. In the town staff proposal they make several assumptions that are incorrect. Our mandate includes providing Visitor Services, publishing a yearly Regional Tourism Guide and managing the regional tourism site 1000IslandsGananoque.com .
