Mark Elkin is the managing partner at Thompson, Tooze, McLean & Elkin and has over 20 years of experience in civil litigation. Prior to attending law school, Mark Elkin enjoyed a career as a claims adjuster and claims supervisor within the insurance carriers industry in Canada. Through this experience, Mark Elkin garnered an advantage that few insurance litigators possess. Upon his call to the bar in 1991, Mark Elkin joined the law firm of Sawers, Liswood, Scott, Hickman and practiced in the area of medical malpractice and general insurance litigation.

Our primary goal is to provide clients with comprehensive advice together with meaningful results. To facilitate this goal, we utilize our extensive experience and aggressive approach. We work very hard to minimize costs and indemnity amounts for our clients.
