I am a lawyer with over 19 years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and employment law and personal law.

I provide advice with respect to employment and related human resources legal issues to companies and individuals. I provide advice and representation with respect to such things as employment contracts, personal services contracts, personnel policies, labour relations, union matters, human rights and harassment problems, termination of employment, severance packages, wrongful dismissal, competition of former employees, non-competition and safety insurance issues, disability insurance claims. I conduct investigations of harassment and abuse of authority complaints as a neutral investigator for government entities.

With respect to personal injuries, I represent victims of motor vehicle accidents, including assisting with claims for accident benefits and tort claims against those who caused the accident.
In addition, I represent victims of slip and fall accidents and other personal injuries.

I am a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. I am licensed to practice law in Ontario. I am a member of the Ontario Trial
Lawyers Association.
