Description

Thermogenics was established in 1975 as an independent supplier of replacement parts and service for many owners of coiled tube boilers in Eastern Canada.

The principals, engineering staff and many of the employees have a history with other major boiler and pressure vessel manufacturers. With this background of experience, the THERMOCOIL range of steam, thermal fluid and hot water boilers was created. Ease of service, increased efficiency and reliability has made the THERMOCOIL the top selling coiled tube boiler in Canada for the past ten years.

Thermogenics was awarded a Federal Government grant in 1982 in order to design and construct a totally Canadian manufactured coiled tube boiler with improved efficiency versus most other imported units.

This was accomplished by the addition of internal finned tubing for preheating of boiler feedwater and the double wall casing construction in order to preheat all combustion air prior to burner entry.

Thermogenics moved into its own 33,000 ft.2 manufacturing Aurora facility in 1987 and has remained 100% Canadian owned and operated. It manufactures products in accordance with ASME I and VIII, CSA Z299.3, AQAP 4 and AQAP 9.

Thermogenics Inc. was awarded a substantial contract from Saint John Shipbuilding Company to supply a total of twenty-four (24) shock tested and certified navy boilers to be installed on twelve (12) new Canadian Navy Frigates presently under construction in Saint John.

Thermogenics is a leading supplier to Hospitals and Pharmaceutical Companies in Canada.
