No. We use water and biodegradeable non-toxic detergents and finishing agents to clean everything from silks to wools, suits to duvets and everything in between. But my cothes say Dry Clean only, can you clean them? Yes. Everyday we clean designer label clothing as well as uniforms. Jeans, Cotton Dress Shirts, Feather Duvets, Wedding Gowns, Cashmere Sweaters, Silk Dresses, Wool Suits, Kilts, Dress Pants all fill our shop on a daily basis. I hate the smell at the Dry Cleaner. So do we. That's why our shop smells like clean clothes and not like a chemical factory. Will my clothes shrink? No. WetCleaning is radically different from Wet Washing which is what you do at home. Our complete system of cleaning, drying and tensioning equipment guarantees your clothes won't shrink (not even wool or cashmere). Do you use chemicals? Yes. But they are all non-toxic and biodegradeable. Does it actually get my clothes clean? Better than you can imagine. If you are used to dry cleaning, you will be astounded by how clean your clothes will be after using us. Do you guarantee all stain removal? No. Nobody can. We do our best and we will re-clean your clothes if you are not satisfied, no charge. Are your prices comparable to dry cleaning? Call us with a specific item and we will be more than happy to give you a quote over the phone or in person should we feel this is needed. We will be posting our price list online soon.
