I had ordered 150 match boxes from your website. We had a small issue of confusion on where to say what image goes on the box when ordering but I made a phone call and my question was answered the following day with non worries. I had also called once I ordered the matches to see when they would be in so my aunt could pick them up for me. I don't live in that area but she does and I was hoping to have the order ready for when I saw my aunt over the holidays. When talking with you on the phone we didn't think they would be in in time, but I'm the end they came in way earlier than expected and my aunt was able to get them before I came down to see her. What I love is that your company is in Ontario, has great range of good quality products that I don't have to pay a fortune for or pay a lot for shipping. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and I would more then glad to recommend your company to anyone.
