Michelle Winkel is a trained facilitator, and management and reflective practice consultant with fifteen years of experience working with groups, organizations, and individuals. She specialized in working with public sector clients in Canada and the U.S. to improve supervision, performance and service delivery. She works with clients focusing on succession planning and knowledge transfer. For over a decade, Michelle has incorporated the innovative use of graphic facilitation into strategic planning work.

Williams states the the goal of this book is to provide you with a framework and motivation you need to discover and execute bold new recipes (ideas) to rearrange things to create more value and wealth. He wants you to think about your business and your industry in entirely new ways. The reason? Williams argues that to stay afloat in today's disruptive environment, to stay competitive, you have to "think what no one else is thinking and do what no one else is doing". You have to be disruptive, not just claim to be different while offering something very similar to the competition.

Michelle’s credentials include a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California, and as a Registered Art Therapist in North America. Michelle is fluent in Spanish and has worked with groups in bilingual settings. Michelle is eligible to work in both Canada and the United States.
