The Rose Corporation (“Rose”) was founded in 1982 by Sam Reisman and has evolved from a housing and land development operation to a boutique merchant bank. A senior management team underwrites investments in businesses and real estate projects, and offers co-investment opportunities to third-party investors. Rose’s history also includes active and substantial investments in manufacturing and service businesses. Rose currently invests in real estate related businesses, provides mezzanine and mortgage financing for real estate projects, and offers non-real estate private equity financing (debt and equity).
