We use the best liquid asphalt on the market to guarantee the best results and ensure we meet our customer’s expectations. We treat every contract as if it were our own driveway.

When sealant is applied to structurally sound pavement, we provide a 1 year warranty on our seals against complete fading and flaking / chiping. Typically you can expect the sealer to last two to three years, depending on the pavement condition and the use that it receives. It is strongly recommended that the sealer be reapplied every 2 years due to our weather here in Ottawa.

The Patch and Seal team (previously known as Ex-scellent) brings a combined 10 years experience in the asphalt maintenance field. Our focus and passion is delivering the highest quality driveway maintenance at an affordable price and we do this for both commercial and residential clients.
