The English Language Training College (ELTC) provides the finest
E.S.L. (English as a Second Language) training available anywhere. Founded in 1992, ELTC is located in western Canada, in the city of Edmonton. Edmonton, the capital city of the province of Alberta, is a safe and clean city with many attractions, facilities, and the lowest living cost among metropolitan cities in North America.

ELTC instructors are highly educated and very skilled in their individual fields. All are University educated and have ESL training and experience.

ELTC is very centrally located in the heart of downtown
Edmonton. Security staff is on 24 hours a day to assist our students. All of our students have an access to Internet, free of charge. ELTC also offers the TOEIC exam on monthly basis.
