Fast, clean and reliable service. Don has been servicing my stove and chimney for over 4 years. He leaves the place cleaner than when he arrives. He just replaced my 4 year old free standing fireplace that was too small to heat my house. The unit was purchased from a different and more shady dealer. When they came to install the fire place I was fed a line about the chimney and setup being inadequate and I needed a $4k upgrade. They were unaware I just got a WETT certificate for the chimney but needed to replace the old wood stove. Unfortunately I was stuck with the wood stove, and suffered with it for 4 years. There was nothing like that from the Heat Source, they told me what would accommodate my needs and did not try to upsell. Don made sure the installation was perfect and provided the new WETT certificate. After using it for this winter I can say now that the new fireplace works perfectly, the basement is not too hot and the main level is not too cold. Plus as an added bonus (and as Don indicated) I am not burning as much firewood as I did with the old fireplace, and I am still using the same chimney that I was told needed to be replaced 4 years ago.

Anyone who has a Natural Gas or Liquid Propane insert or free standing fireplaces in their home should have an annual cleaning. This service is recommended by all manufactures and should be done by a qualified gas technician. This service can be done at anytime throughout the year not necessarily in the fall or winter. It ensures your fireplace is working well and there are no leaks in the gasket. Your fireplace will run at its peak efficiency and look like new.
