Maple Reinders is a full service design/build construction group involved in a wide array of projects across Canada. They operate six offices across Canada with their headquarters in Brampton, Ontario (greater Toronto area).

We use our proprietary LPR model (Learning + Performance = Results) to establish a customized program of performance management and support. We’ll help ensure that the training we provide becomes more than just a theory – it will be the way your company operates on a day-to-day level.

Carolyn completed her coach training and certification with Adler/OISE, University of Toronto in 2008 and is also fully certified with the International Federation of Coaching. Carolyn trained with Six Seconds Consulting Group in California and Connective Intelligence in Toronto and is certified to provide statistically validated, assessments and training in the fields of Effective Thinking, Emotional Intelligence for Leaders and Creating Positive Organizational Climates for change.
