Active in land development and real estate for 25 years prior to joining The Forrest Group, Chris has managed the innovative development of a number of small and large retail projects and programs. He has broad experience in overseeing the development of a number of retirement facilities and Long Term Care projects, in both the private and public sectors. He has consulted to hospitals and municipalities on both redevelopment and new development. This experience included working with the Ministry and Infrastructure Ontario to develop strategic plans for building assets using available funding programs.

Successful real estate projects require in-depth experience and a solid understanding of the development industry. The Forrest Group has the experience and relationships to take projects from conceptual drawings through to construction and sale. Recognizing the importance of a strong team, we regularly work with expert planners, designers, architects, engineers, and appraisers to deliver a wide range of services that cover all aspects of land use planning and development.

Peter Rich has over 25 years of progressive experience in the design of single family homes, multi-family homes, condominium buildings, and retirement residences. Peter creates elegant designs that meet prescribed functional requirements.

By focusing on three key areas, our project management team is able to see beyond simple timelines and deliverables. First, using internal resources and external consultants, we pull together the best possible team for each project. Secondly, we focus on creating the strong foundation required for financial success. This includes: creating budgets and proformas, working with partners to develop equity requirements and financing proposals and creating strategic marketing plans. Finally, we work closely with all members of the project team to ensure that we meet our objectives. Inherent in all aspects of the project management process is a keen awareness of risk management. It is our duty to protect our clients' investments, reputations and growth.
