The Envelope Express is a trade shop that has been serving the printing industry since 1989, providing excellent customer service and quality printed envelopes. Our primary focus is to supply and print all types of envelopes. We are most competitive when printing quantities from 1,000 up to 750,000 with our average run size between 50,000 and 100,000. Our Halm Jet presses, which are designed to print envelopes, are able to run hairline register 2 colour and can perfect up to a 9 x 12 in one pass. Our 4 Colour Halm Jet Press prints process colours or PMS up to 150 line screen dpi and up to 25000 envelopes per hour. We are also involved with converting preprinted press sheets into envelopes and the making of envelopes from special stocks.
