If you have a problem with your canoe, kayak or accessory and you suspect that it may be due to defective materials or workmanship, The Complete Paddler will have to inspect the problem to determine the appropriate course of action as it relates to the manufacturer's warranty. Consumer is responsible for delivery to, and pickup from, The Complete Paddler. If The Complete Paddler's inspection indicates a defect that is attributable to materials or workmanship, The Complete Paddler will follow the specific warranty procedure as it relates to the canoe, kayak or accessory. Proof of purchase such as a sales receipt may be required. If repairs and evaluation are required by the Manufacturer at its manufacturing facility, the Consumer will be responsible for the shipping and handling fee.
