Established in 1901, The Bowmanville Foundry has a long history of technical innovation and process leadership in the manufacture of Ductile, Gray and Malleable Iron castings.
Registered to the latest ISO 9001:2000 quality standard, we manufacture small and medium sized custom Iron castings in most types and grades including Malleable, Gray and Ductile Iron (including Austempered Ductile Iron). Our maximum dimensions are 14 x 16 x 6 inches, and our maximum weight would be about 30 lbs.
We can easily do low volume runs (our Sinto molding system allows for quick switches of patterns), or high volume parts. Our lead time on production orders generally runs between 6 to 8 weeks, and with our special block booking program, we can consistently deliver in 3 weeks.
In addition, The Bowmanville Foundry is the only foundry in North America that allows customers to track orders online in real time. This feature allows you to track current and future orders while they are in process, check on recently shipped orders, see current account information, and access our terms and conditions.
