"Just thought I'd let you know I 'tested' my first batch yesterday (golden ale), was ready in 8 days and had several friends over to try it. They loved it. My one friend had at least 3 glasses, the other one had to limit it to 2 glasses since he had to drive home. I expect him to be purchasing one for himself after last night.
