Q: Can I bring food into The Aud? A: No, food cannot be brought into The Aud. Q: Do I need to buy a ticket for my daughter / son who is two (2) years old? A: Yes. It is a The Aud policy that children UNDER two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for all events as long as they sit on a lap. Children may receive a discount depending on event. Please see specifics of event for details. Q: What time do the doors open prior to an event? A: For most events, doors will open to the public one (1) and half hours prior to the event. Q: Can I bring video or still cameras into the forum? A: For most events, at the request of the artists and/or leagues, video cameras and flash photography are not permitted. A: By visiting our Sports Stores inside The Aud. Q: Where can I park? A: 2,200 spaces are available on site. Q: Where can I get money? A: ATM's are located outside the main entrances inside The Aud. Q: Where can I receive medical attention? A: There is one first aid office which is fully equipped and located on the west side, centre ice level. Q: What if I need to use the restrooms? A: There are a total of 10 public restrooms, including disabled restrooms and restrooms equipped with baby changing stations. Q: Where can I smoke? A: Smoking is not permitted inside The Aud. There is a smoking by-law in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. It is illegal to smoke inside a closed public building such as a business or restaurant. Q: Can I scalp tickets? A: Selling of tickets for any of The Aud events on the premises is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted. Q: Am I allowed to take pictures or video? A: Video cameras are not permitted into The Aud. For all Rangers games, spectators are allowed to bring in cameras that do not have a detachable lens or large telephoto lens.
