We bring that natural taste to your table with our specialty products. All our products are made by indigenous recipes and are 100% natural. They are free of artificial additives and preservatives. The fruits used for the production are grown in the best of artisan traditions on family owned farms or harvested in wild orchards, on land free of chemicals. They are watered by mountain spring water, and harvested only when ripened naturally by the sun. Each fruit is processed individually, by hand. Only the finest fruits are selected for our products.

All fruit used for The Artisan Food products are grown in small, family owned farms or harvested from wild orchards. They grow on land which is free of pesticides and chemicals. They are watered by mountain spring water. The fruits are harvested only in season (from early summer to late fall), when ripened naturally by the sun and are processed individually, by hand. Each fruit is carefully examined and only the finest fruits are selected for The Artisan Food Inc. products. This helps retain the natural flavor of fruits and indigenous taste of our products.

The fruits used for The Artisan Food Inc. products are grown in the best of artisan traditions on family owned farms. Armenian farmers grow fruits and vegetables naturally without using chemicals. The fruit growing is a family tradition in Armenia and everybody in the family contributes to the process: men do the soil work, women help them with the watering, and the children take a cup of cold water or “tan” (a local drink made of local plain yogurt “matsun”) to their parents working under the sun. The family celebrates the beginning of the fruit growing season and the harvest.
