Mr. Elefant graduated in 1959 from Sir George Williams College with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He served as President, Director, and Advisor to many companies, and boards, with nearly 40 years of experience both in Canada and Internationally. He's been both entrepreneur and consultant in many Countries such as Canada, USA, West Africa, Bolivia, Brazil, Hungary, Germany, Spain, Paraguay, and China. Mr. Elefant has worked with International Agencies, such as CIDA, World Bank, Government and Private enterprises.

A graduate of McGill University, Michael was admitted to the Bar of Quebec in 1966. With a transactionally-oriented commercial practice, Michael has wide experience in negotiated transactions, mergers, acquisitions, public securities, governance matters and private company structuring. Michael has been an officer and director of and has advised many Canadian private, public and not-for-profit corporations and private pension funds. He continues to be actively involved as an advisor to the Executives and Boards of many private corporations and not-for-profit community organizations.

Mr.Duval attended the University of Sherbrooke where he graduated with honors in 2002 in the field of Electrical Engineering. He gained experience working at Paradox security systems working with Firmware and electronic design. He later went on to further his experience working with CAE, a global leader in modeling, simulation and training for civil aviation and defense. He joined the electrical team at Terragon in 2009, where he travels around the world, assisting with installations. as well as being part of the implementation team for the better part of 2012-2013.
