TerraVest held the 2007 Annual and Special Meeting of Unitholders on May 22, 2007 in Calgary. Unitholders voted in favour of all resolutions put before the meeting of Unitholders, including: (i) the election of George S. Armoyan, James W. Hall, Robert L. Phillips, D. Murray Wallace and John B. Zaozirny as independent Trustees; (ii) the reappointment of Deloitte & Touché LLP as auditor for the ensuing year; and (iii) the approval of the unitholder rights plan adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Fund, on behalf of the Fund, effective January 22, 2007.
