In the role of Project Manager, we represent the Owner's interests while overseeing all aspects of the project and managing the design and construction teams. The architectural, engineering, feasibility, and construction management experience of our partners allows us to provide comprehensive Project Management services to our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, initial feasibility analysis, engagement of project architects and engineers, project scheduling, regulatory approvals, permit processes and construction documentation. We see the project to completion either by providing contract administration and quality control services or by converting to the role of Construction Manager.
