John C.G. O'Leary has, since January 2007, held the post of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Strand Energy (Dubai), a company involved in seeking out investment and development opportunities in the oil and gas sector and also sits on the Supervisory Boards of Huisman Itrec and Khan Shipping. From 2004 to 2006, he was a partner in Pareto Offshore ASA, a Norwegian company specialized in advising customers in the exploration/production sector.
