Castings are often irregularly shaped products that need to be taken out of hot, dusty and dangerous environments in a repetitive manner. Whether it be foundry, high-pressure die casting or tempering operations, we have the experience in the design of temperature-resistant end-of-arm tooling and automation to move the smallest to the heaviest casting. Robots are ideally suited to heavy repetitive lifting and accurate placement of heavy and often very hot castings. The End-Of-Arm-Tools we design are custom engineered to securely hold the mass of the moving casting.
